Shipping and Returns



To celebrate the launch of POT by NOIDS, we offer in 2022:

Free shipping to the EU, UK and US.

Shipping methods:

DHL parcel for Europe and UK, and DHL Express for the US.

Delivery Time:

Within Europe: 

Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK: 1-3 days

 France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland: 2-6 days

Other countries in Europe: 4-8 days


US and Canada: 3-6 days

The delivery time mentioned is only for reference. We can't guarantee the actual delivery time. 

NOIDS pays all import taxes (import duty and VAT) on behalf of our customers from outside of the EU.


Cancellation & Order Modification

Cancellation and order modification can be done before the package is sent out. Once the package is sent, you will have to make a return request for the first order, and place a new order. 

You can return and refund the product within 100 days after receiving the package for free. After 100 days, we only accept free returns due to quality issues, which are covered in our warranty.  Please read the Free Return Policy below:


Free return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. So we do everything we can to assure you get the exact merchandise you ordered, delivered on time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or changed your mind, we will be happy to accept returns within 100 days under the following guidelines.

  • Item(s) must be returned within 100 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase (I.E. your order number).
  • Make sure you contact us first before returning an order. We will give you detailed instructions on how to properly return your item. The customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back to our warehouse. All fees, including “shipping and handling” fees are non-refundable.
  • Item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. Please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation. This includes any physical alteration to the product, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, bent pins, etc.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) will be refunded to you, once we have received the returned item and have confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
  • NOIDS reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise.

Received Something Faulty?

Damaged Merchandise

If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll take it from there. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.

Defective Merchandise

One in a million chances you could receive a defective product from us - if this is the case, please send us a short video or photos of the defect for us to provide assistance. Sometimes our customer service representatives are able to tell you how to fix the issue right away! If you are unable to provide ‘evidence’ of the defect, a return or replacement may be more difficult but we will always try our best to assist you. Defects found after the product is in use usually fall under warranty. A customer service representative will be happy to help you determine which procedure is appropriate for you.

Missing Parts

Should you receive merchandise that is missing a part, please contact us. We will ensure that you are sent the appropriate part from our stock.
